Sea food rice

Ingredients to make Sea food rice

  • rice (uncooked) 1.5 cups
  • scallops 110 grams
  • sliced fish fillet 110 grams
  • prepared squid 110 grams
  • prawns 110 grams
  • ginger (finely sliced) 1/2 tsp
  • eggs 2
  • soy sauce 1/4 cup
  • salt to taste
  • oil 5 tbsp

How to make Sea food rice

  1. In a bowl, mix all the seafood and ginger and toss
  2. Heat oil to smoking in a wok and add seafood and stir fry for 2-3mins. Remove from wok and set aside
  3. In a pan, boil and cook the rice until it is half done
  4. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Return to wok and reheat oil in it, and pour the beaten eggs into the wok and cook it for 2 mins
  5. When the bottom of the eggs is set, flip over and cook for further 2 mins
  6. Add a bit of oil again and then add the cooked rice and toss it for 2 mins
  7. Add the Seafood with all the sauces and stir-fry for until the seafood is cooked
  8. Add a bit of water if it gets too dry. Cover and cook over a low flame for 15mins
  9. Serve hot with garnished with finely chopped green onions.
