ABOUT Hanuman Temple Vada RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Urad Dall 250 grams
  2. Pepper 2 teaspoons
  3. Baking soda
  4. Oil as required for frying
  5. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Soak urad dall for 2 hours.
  2. Completely strain the water and grind 200 grams dall coarsely with pepper corns.
  3. Now add the remaining dall and salt and baking soda to the above mixture and mix well.
  4. Heat oil and then take above batter and make it like a vada (u should make it very thin not like normal vada shape)
  5. Fry in the oil till crisp and golden colour
