About Mushroom Soup Recipe
Yummy, healthy and creamy mushroom soup, with baked herb croutons. Recipe for Croutons is adapted from the recipe by Chef Vikas Khanna. Recipe for the soup is mine, but has been inspired by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor's recipe. This is a healthy soup, with just a hint of cream, unlike the soup full of cream you get in restaurants.
Ingredients to make Mushroom Soup
- cloves, chopped finely - 5

- Button - 2 packets, chopped finely
- Amul fresh - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- to get the desired consistency
- Salt and to taste
- oil - 2 tbsp
How to make Mushroom Soup
My Tip:You can add a teaspoon or two of Knorr Cream of Mushroom soup in the pan while boiling the soup.
