Boil peas with water for 2 minutes and keep it aside
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add 2 green cardamom and 1 inch cinnamon. Saute for few seconds
Add onion and saute until translucent
Add ginger, garlic and saute until raw aroma disappears
Add blanched almonds and mix well
Add green chilies and saute for 1 minute
Allow mixture to cool completely
Ground mixture into smooth paste
Heat 1 tbsp oil and add ground paste. Mix well
Saute till oil separates
Add 1 cup chopped methi leaves and mix
Saute for 2-3 minutes
Add boiled peas
Add salt and mix well
Cook for 2 -3 minutes
Add 3/4 cup milk and 1 cup water
Simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame till gravy thickens
Add 2 tbsp cream
Mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes
Garnish with fresh cream and serve
