Preheat oven to 200 degree celcius.
Warm the milk to lukewarm and mix it with yeast and sugar in a bowl.
Mix bread flour and cake flour together. Add the milk mixture , milk powder and salt to it to make a dough..
Add the butter and knead for another 5 minutes. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour to double the volume size.
Boil 2 cups of water and put red beans in for 5 mins.
In a pot red beans and 2 cups of water and let it simmer for 2 hours to soften the beans
In another pot put the beans and sugar over medium heat and stir for 10 mins to make a paste (Anko)
Make small balls of the paste. Place the dough in a cutting board and cut into 8 pieces and make each piece into balls.
Flatten a ball of dough and place a ball of anko int the centre. Wrap the dough around and pinch the edges. Repeat for the remaining balls of dough and anko.
Place each An pan on a baking sheet, brush egg wash on each and sprinkle red bean paste on top. Leave for an hour to double its size.
Bake in oven for 10-15 mins.
