Hello friends! Try this easy to make n delicious italian recipe with the goodness of spinach. This semolina rivoli stuffed with lots of vegetables n cottage cheese is loved by people of all age groups.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl semolina
  2. 1/2 cup spinach puree
  3. 1 tspn oil
  4. 1/2 tspn salt
  5. Water as required
  6. Ingredients For stuffings
  7. 1/2 half capsicum fine chopped
  8. 1/2 small cup cabbage fine chopped
  9. 1 carrot fine chopped
  10. 4 spoon boiled peas
  11. 20 gm cottage cheese
  12. 5 to 6 kari patta
  13. 1/2 tspn mustard seeds
  14. 1/4 tspn Black salt
  15. 1/4 tspn black pepper powder
  16. 1/4 tspn Garam masala
  17. 1/4 tspn Chat masala
  18. 1/4 tspn Salt
  19. 1 tspn oil
  20. Ingredients for tomato cream sauce..
  21. 2 large tomatoes
  22. 1 onion fine chopped
  23. 1/2 inch ginger piece
  24. 2 spoon tomato puree
  25. 1/2 tspn oregano
  26. 1/2tspn black pepper powder
  27. 1/2 tspn salt
  28. 1/2 tspn sugar
  29. 3 to 4 spoon cream
  30. 1 tspn oil

Instructions

  1. First take a bowl add semolina in it .
  2. Now add salt and spinach puree in it.
  3. Make a soft dhough of semolina with using enough water.
  4. Rest it for 30 min.while we make stuffing.
  5. Take a wolk heat 1 tspn oil in it. Add mustard seeds n kari patta in it.wait 30 second .
  6. Now add vegetables in it . Cook for 2 min.
  7. Now add boiled n mash peas. Add some water.
  8. Cook vegetables until they become soft.
  9. Add cottage cheese cubes n spices in it. Mix it well. Let it become cool.
  10. Now kneed the dhough 1 more time . Divide it in 12 equal parts.
  11. Roll each parts round in shape.
  12. Cut it into square shape.
  13. Fill some stuffing on it .
  14. Cover it with onther rivoli sheet.
  15. Make all rivoli with same method.
  16. Take a big pot. Boil around 1 litter water in it.
  17. Now put a chalni in it.place a butter paper on it.
  18. Keep 5 to 6 rivoli in it and cover it with plate.
  19. Simmer the gas for 10 to 15 min. steamed rivoli .
  20. Steamed all rivoli with the same n enjoy hot hot vegetables rivoli with tomato cream sauce.
  21. Method for tomato cream sauce...
  22. First grind the tomato with ginger .
  23. Now take a pan heat 1 tspn oil in it.
  24. Then add fine chopped onion .
  25. Cook onion while it become pink in colour .
  26. Add tomato puree .Cook 2 to 3 minutes in low medium flame.
  27. Add tomato puree.
  28. After 2 min add all spices n cook 2 minutes more .
  29. Add cream in sauce. Mix it well.
  30. Switch off the gas.
  31. Tomatoe cream sauce is ready enjoy it.
