Methi ke wade

Ingredients to make Methi ke wade

  • 2 cup gram flour
  • 1 and1/2 cup methi leaves
  • 4 to 5 green chilli
  • salt according to taste
  • 1 spoon ajwain
  • 1 spoon soanf powder
  • 1 spoon garam masala
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • water as required
  • oil for frying

How to make Methi ke wade

  1. Firstly chop and wash methi leaves.
  2. Chop the onion and green chilli.
  3. Take a bowl put all mentioned ingredients into it and mix all.
  4. Then take a deep pan put oil into it and put Wada into it and deep fry all wads.
  5. When wadas are golden brown switch off the gas.
  6. Serve hot with tandoori dip/ sauce

My Tip:

After fry wadas SIM the gas for five min. after some time full flame the gas.
