Ingredients to make Croutons

  • 4 slices of stale bread
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Croutons

  1. 1. Cut the slices of bread into cubes. Drizzle with olive oil .
  2. 2. Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degree centigrade until croutons brown from the top. Remove and sprinkle with salt.

My Tip: The staler the bread the crisper the croutons. Just make sure there's no fungus on them.
