Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. spinach 250 gms
  2. Paneer 200 gms
  3. tomatoes chopped 1/2 cup
  4. slited green chilly
  5. ginger paste 2 tblspn
  6. garlic paste 2 tblspn
  7. green chilly paste 1 tspn
  8. cumin powder 1 tspn
  9. Coriander powder 1 tspn
  10. pepper powder 1 tspn
  11. Garam masala powder 1 tspn
  12. Butter 50 gms
  13. Milk 50 ml
  14. Bay leaves 2
  15. whole garam masala 1 tspn
  16. fresh cream 1 tblspn

Instructions

  1. cut the leaves of spinach, wash thoroughly, keep aside
  2. cut the paneer pieces into 1" size,
  3. soaked the paneer pieces into the water added with salt and sugar
  4. boil 400 ml water, add the leaves,when the leaves will change the colour turn off the gas
  5. keep out the leaves, keep in a strainer to allow the water to drain
  6. blend smoothly the leaves in the blender
  7. heat 1/2 of the amount butter in pan,add whole garam masala,bay leaves for tempering
  8. add ginger paste,garlic paste,green chilly paste,tomato pieces
  9. add blended spinach into this.
  10. sprinkle some milk if it stick at the bottom
  11. add the green chilly,all powder spices,salt sugar
  12. cooked for 3/4 min,it will leave oil from sides
  13. add the paneer pieces squeeze out from the water. fry this with that leave paste
  14. add little more butter and the fresh cream,coriander leaves, give stir to mix it
  15. serve with roti, parantha
