  • Concentrated rose squash (rooh afza) - 1 tablespoon
  • Curd - 5-6 tablespoons
  • Milk.- 2 tablespoons
  • Cashews (roughly chopped) - 6

How to make Rose and Banana Smoothie

  1. Take all the ingredients in a blender and process for 30 seconds or till the mixture is smooth.
  2. Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
My Tip: Make sure your curd is not sour. For best results, make this smoothie fresh. You can substitute frozen banana with fresh banana and 2 ice cubes (for above quantity). For a healthier version use low fat curd and low fat milk.
