Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chicken 800 gm
  2. Potato 4 pc
  3. Biriyani rice 500 gm
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Kesar
  7. Ginger garlic paste 2 spoon each
  8. Keora water
  9. Rose water
  10. Curd 200 gm
  11. Biriyani powder
  12. Onion 4pc
  13. Mitha atar 1drop

Instructions

  1. Marinade chicken with curd , salt and pepper for 20 mints
  2. Perboil the biriyani rice it should not be over cooked
  3. Then add ghee in kadai and add cut Onion, all paste, biriyani masala, garam masala, and Chicken
  4. Do it till it done with lil gravy
  5. Then take one large pot
  6. Add ghee on every surface
  7. Put little rice and then put chicken with gravy nd boiled potatoes nd repeat it till rice nd chicken finished
  8. Finally add ghee, keora water, rose water 1tsp each and mitha atar 1drop..close lid tightly nd place on tawa with low heat for 15-20 monts
  9. Serve hot yuummy biriyani
