Ingredients to make Brownie

  • 1/2 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup any vegetable oil (fragrance free)
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup coca powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate melted or chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Some chopped walnuts

How to make Brownie

  1. In a large big bowl add sugar and oil and whisk it. Sieve maida and all the dry ingredients together. (coca powder, baking soda, baking powder).
  2. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together. Add vanilla essence and melted chocolate or chocolate chips.
  3. Grease and line a square pan and preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius temperature for at least 8 minutes. Pour the mixture into it and garnish with walnuts.
  4. Bake it for at least 30 to 35 minutes at 180 degree Celsius and do the toothpick test after 30 minutes.
  5. When it is done the toothpick comes out clean, your soft chewy gooey brownie is ready to be served hot with chocolate sauce or vanilla ice cream.
My Tip: Baking time varies so use toothpick test in between. It's best to use the listed ingredients, do not change the proportions as it would change the recipe considerably.
