Japanese Roasted Rice Tea
- 2 tbsp Brown rice
- 2 tsp English breakfast tea leaves
- 2 cups of boiling water
- Roast the brown rice in a pan in medium flame until it gets browned evenly. Let it cool completely and keep aside.
- Add the roasted rice, tea bags or tea leaves in a tea pot filled with the boiling water and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes.
- Strain the tea to pour in cups and serve immediately.
