Marshmallows cut into halves 10 or more
Cashews, pistachios, almonds and walnuts chopped as required
Aluminum foil to line the pan/tin

Instructions

IN A MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL CHOP 400 GMS OF CHOCOLATE
TEMPER AND MELT IT ON THE BURST OF 30 SECONDS
LINE THE BAKING TIN WITH AN ALUMINUM FOIL BY SPREADING ON DOWN SIDE FIRST ND INVERT IT ON TIN INSIDE
PLACE 10 OR MORE MARSHMALLOWS WHICH ARE CUT INTO HALVES ON TO FOIL FIRST
POUR THE TEMPERD CHOCOLATE ONTO MARSHMALLOWS
NOW SPREAD CHOPPED MIX DRY FRUITS ON CHOCOLATE
PUT THIS IN FRIDGE FOR 30 MINUTES
REMOVE THE FOIL AFTER 30 MINUTES
CUT THE CHOCLATE INTO PIECES.STORE IT IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IN FRIDGE
