Perfect to breakfast. I tired first time my result was chanceless ,aroma was spreded to my whole house.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cinnamon powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
  2. Sugar - 5 Tablespoon
  3. Salt 1 teaspoon
  4. Butter 2 tablespoons
  5. Curd - 1/4 cup
  6. All Purpose Flour - 3 1/2 Cups
  7. Instant yeast 2 teaspoon
  8. Milk required

Instructions

  1. Add instant yest andalso sugar.
  2. Add water and mix well keep aside.
  3. Add flour, and salt
  4. Yest was activated
  5. Add yest
  6. Add curd
  7. Mix well, little milk added
  8. Mix well until the soft dough.
  9. Knead for 10 minutes.
  10. Covered the dough until double volume.
  11. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1.5 teaspoon of cinnamon
  12. Roll the dough evenly
  13. Spread the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  14. Roll it tightly
  15. Cut the dough evenly.
  16. Arrange the gressing pan
  17. Covered and rest for 1 hour until double the volume.
  18. Preheat the microwave oven for 180 degree celcious,Bake to 20-30 minutes.
  19. After baking allow it cool for 30 minutes.
  20. Then serve the cinnamon roll. With a cup of coffee or tea
