ADD 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER & POHA IN 1 TBSP HOT OIL
MIX GENTLY TILL POHA TURNS PALE YELLOW
ADD SALT, 1/2 TSP CHAT MASALA, STIR & COOK FOR 2-3 MINS, TAKE OFF HEAT
ADD 2 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES, 4-5 CURRY LEAVES IN 1/2 TSP HOT OIL, SIZZLE, TAKE OF HEAT
ADD 1/4 TSP EACH OF MUSTARD & CUMIN SEEDS, 2 TBSP ROASTED SPLIT CHANA DAL
ADD 3 TBSP ROASTED PEANUTS, 1/2 TSP EACH OF CUMIN & CORIANDER POWDER
ADD THE TEMPERED & ROASTED TADKA INTO THE ROASTED POHA
ADD 1/2 TBSP FINE SUGAR & 1/2 CUP SEV, MIX
