  1. Bun preparation:
  2. Whole wheat flour 1 and 1/2 cup
  3. semolina 1/4 cup
  4. Milk powder 1/4 cup
  5. sugar 1 tablespoon
  6. Salt 1 teaspoon
  7. Olive oil 2 tablespoon
  8. Instant yeast 3/4 teaspoon
  9. Milk and water 1 cup
  10. Filling:
  11. Salted caramel 2 tablespoon
  12. Desiccated coconut 1/4 cup
  13. Mixed dry fruits 1 cup
  14. Nutmeg powder 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. MIX 1.5 CUPS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, 1/4 CUP SEMOLINA
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP MILK POWDER, 1 TBSP SUGAR
  3. ADD 3/4 TSP INSTANT YEAST
  4. ADD 1 CUP OF MILK+ WATER MIX SLOWLY, KNEAD A DOUGH
  5. ADD SALT, MIX
  6. KNEAD AGAIN
  7. ADD 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  8. KNEAD UNTIL SMOOTH
  9. TRANSFER TO A GREASED BOWL, KEEP ASIDE
  10. MIX 3/4 CUP MIXED DRY FRUITS, 1/4 CUP DESICCATED COCONUT
  11. ADD 1/4 TSP NUTMEG POWDER
  12. ADD 2 TBSP SALTED CARAMEL
  13. MIX EVERYTHING WELL
  14. ROLL THE DOUGH
  15. CUT OUT TRIANGLES
  16. CUT ONE TRIANGLE WITH A STEM, THE OTHER WITHOUT
  17. PLACE FILLING ON TRIANGLE WITH STEM, COVER WITH THE OTHER TRIANGLE
  18. PRESS THE EDGES TO SEAL, SLASH, SET ASIDE FOR 30 MINS
  19. BAKE IN A PRE HEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 20 MINS
  20. APPLY SOME BUTTER
