ABOUT Chowmein RECIPE

A super fyummy and light Chinese dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 packet egg noodles
  2. 1 cup diced mixed capsicum
  3. 2 diced onion
  4. 4 5 garlic chopped
  5. 1 tsp vinegar
  6. 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Pepper powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles with some salt and pepper. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add onion and garlic. Sauté for 2 min.
  3. Add the capsicum. Mix well. Add the vinegar and sauce.
  4. Toss in the noodles. Mix well. Add pepper and salt.
  5. Garnish with spring onion and serve.
