ABOUT SINDHI CHEHRI PURI ( Crispy Pepper Jeera Puri) RECIPE

This is one of the most common Sindhi breakfast.. easy to make and can even enjoy while sipping masala chai .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour ..... 1 cup
  2. Black pepper ... 1 tsp. (crushed)
  3. Cumin seeds .... 1 tsp.
  4. Ghee ............... 1 tbsp.
  5. Salt ................... to taste
  6. Oil .............. to fry

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour adding crushed black pepper, cumin seeds, ghee and salt.
  2. Roll out puris.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the puris to golden colour.
  4. Serve with Curd or pickle or can just relish them with masala chai.
