No cheese no oil(sprout sandwich)

Recipe Ingredients

  • 12 pieces of bread
  • 1 cup soaked slightly boiled sprout
  • 1/4 cup peanuts slightly boiled
  • 3/4 cup boiled diced potato
  • 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato
  • 3 tsp green chutney
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 2 tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • Salt to taste

Recipe Preparation

  1. In mixing bowl add all boiled ingredient and mix well.
  2. Now add green chutney,sauce, chat masala,chopped onion and tomato and salt and mix well.
  3. Now make sandwich of it.Serve hot with green pudina chutney.
My Tip: Here use mashed potato only for binding mixture.
