Ingredients to make No cheese no oil(sprout sandwich)
- 12 pieces of bread
- 1 cup soaked slightly boiled sprout
- 1/4 cup peanuts slightly boiled
- 3/4 cup boiled diced potato
- 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato
- 3 tsp green chutney
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 2 tsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp chat masala
- Salt to taste
Steps to make No cheese no oil(sprout sandwich)
- In mixing bowl add all boiled ingredient and mix well.
- Now add green chutney,sauce, chat masala,chopped onion and tomato and salt and mix well.
- Now make sandwich of it.Serve hot with green pudina chutney.
My Tip: Here use mashed potato only for binding mixture.
