Ingredients to make Homemade Cappuccino Without Machine

  • Milk-1/2 cup
  • Instant coffee powder -1.25 teaspoon
  • Sugar-2 teaspoons(oraccordingtoyourchoice)
  • Water-1/2 teaspoon
  • A coffee mug
  • A wire whisk

How to make Homemade Cappuccino Without Machine

  1. Take a coffee mug, add coffee powder and sugar, mix well and add water, now start stirring with a fork until sugar dissolves. You have to stir until you get a thick gooey form of mixture. Keep aside.
  2. Pour milk in a saucepan, heat the milk over a low flame,do not allow the milk to boil, start stirring with a wire whisk, Remove the milk from heat before it boils or when the milk is heated.
  3. Once the milk is heated, place the wire whisk into the milk and do stirring fast to create foam. Keep stirring the whisk until you get a desired amount of foam, you have to do it very fast otherwise milk will get cold
  4. Slowly pour the heated milk into the coffee mixture until 3 / 4th of the cup is filled. Take a spoon ,pour the remaining foam on the coffee.
  5. Your homemade cappuccino is ready to serve. To make the perfect cappuccino, sprinkle a little cocoa powder or grated chocolate on top of the foamed milk or make a design with chocolate sauce.

My Tip:

I use fork to stir the coffee and sugar mixture,it will give a foamy texture.
