A typical Rajasthani side dish which is loved by everyone. People in Rajasthan eat this chutney in many ways. Some like to eat with multigrain roti and curd with onions. Some like to add pure desi ghee on it and relish with bajra ki roti. It is very spicy chutney that is why people add curd or ghee to overcome its hotness. It is made up of simple ingredients like garlic dry red chilles and salt. You can also add tomatoes and onions to make it little mild. But i love this version of it. Its a must try dish for all especially in winters.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Three garlic clubs
  2. 8-10 dry red chillies
  3. Half tbsp jeera
  4. Salt according to taste
  5. Two tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Assemble all the ingredients
  2. Peel the garlic and put all these ingredients except oil in a chutney grinder
  3. Grind them into fine paste
  4. Now heat oil in kadai and add jeera Then add chilli paste
  5. Fry it few minutes and add water if required
  6. Keep cooking till oil separates
  7. Serve with roti and ghee
