Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dates seedless: 195 grms
  2. Water: 200ml
  3. Cooking Soda 3 grams
  4. Flour: 180 grms
  5. Butter: 75 grms
  6. Caster sugar: 185 grms
  7. Eggs: 3 nos
  8. Baking powder: 2 grms
  9. Broken cashew nuts: 30 grms
  10. Carmel sauce : 10 ml
  11. Oreo biscuits : 4 biscuits
  12. Vanilla ice cream: 50 grms

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl mix dates, water, cooking soda, flour, yellow butter, castor sugar, eggs, baking powder and mix well to a make thick paste.
  2. In a buttered and prepared bowl, pour the mix and bake for 20 minutes at 18 degree centigrade. Remove and let cool for 5 minute.
  3. On a plate crumble oreo biscuits and place the baked toffee pudding in the centre, fill the pudding with caramel sauce in and out add an ice cream scoop on side and garnish with broken cashew nuts .

Different. But what when don't want to use eggs.
