Ingredients to make Fruit Trifle in a Glass

  • 1 packet of Strawberry jelly
  • 1 cake Sponge 6", sliced into two parts horizontally
  • 1 tin of fruit cocktail
  • 1 large bowl of custard
  • Some whipped cream
  • Few silver balls to decorate

How to make Fruit Trifle in a Glass

  1. Make the jelly according to the instructions given on the packet.
  2. Pour this liquid jelly into six small glasses and keep it aside to set.
  3. Cut the cake slices according to the size of the glass.
  4. Once the jelly sets, put the cake over it, moisten the cake with the fruit cocktail syrup.
  5. Put some fruit pieces on it. Pour the custard and let it set a bit.
  6. Put a swirl of whipped cream on the custard and sprinkle some silver balls. Refrigerate this till it is needed.
  7. Serve chilled.
