  1. Rawa 1 cup
  2. CURD 1 TBSP
  3. Salt 1/2 tbsp
  4. water 3 tbsp
  5. black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  6. onion 1
  7. tomato 1/2
  8. carrot 1/2
  9. green chilli 1
  10. some coriander leaves
  11. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. 1 CUP RAWA OR SOOJI,1 BIG SPOON CURD
  2. ADD 1/2 TBSP SALT &3 TBSP WATER
  3. ADD 1/2 BLACK PEPPER POWDER &MIX IT.CHECK THICK CONSISTENCY FOR UTTAPAM
  4. 1 GREEN CHILLI, 1 ONION,1/2 TOMATO, 1/2CARROT,CORRIENDER 10 LEAF
  5. HEAT TAWA ADD 1 TBSP OIL &POUR BETTER
  6. FLIP IT AND ADD 1/2TBSP OIL.COOK 2 MINUTES
  7. MIX ALL CHOPPED VEGGIES.TAKE A SMALL PORTION OF VEGGIES PUT INTO UTTAPAM
  8. VEGGIE UTTAPAM IS READY.SERVE WITH KETCHUP
