Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  2. 1 tbsp oil
  3. Pinch of Salt ,Suger,jeera
  4. water to knead dough
  5. Oil for frying
  6. Pepper sprinkle

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add whole wheat flour (atta)Sprinkle peper,jeera,salt and sugar
  2. Add ½ Tbsp oil and reserve ½ Tbsp for kneading.Mix salt, sugar and oil into flour.Slowly add water little by little
  3. Gather flour together as you add waterWhen it starts coming together add water little by little Knead into a dough, apply oil, knead againCover in cling wrap or kitchen towel, set aside for a 2-3 hours
  4. To make puris, pinch balls off the soft doughUsing a rolling pin/belan roll into a disc (it should not be very thin
  5. Dust with flour as required.If you like to make perfect round puris use a large sized cookie cutter or a round lid, cut into a round puri.
  6. Take one disc and place bread middle in that, sprinkle jeera pepper Coriander Powder, Cumin,Asafoetida, paste it with oil. And cut each side of Atta disc fold zip zag
  7. Make remaining puris the same wayServe immediately with tomato sauce
