ABOUT Cantaloup Melon Smoothie RECIPE

Needless to say smoothies can be prepared with fruits along with dairy products or else simpy with fruits, water and sugar. This smoothie is just prefect as a breakfast drink to serve along with your usual breakfast dish.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2cups Cantaloupe melon (chopped)
  2. 1cup Yogurt
  3. 1/2cup Chilled water
  4. Honey(as per need)

Instructions

  1. Take the cantaloupe melon pieces,chilled water in a blender, blend everything well. Add in the yogurt, maple syrup and blend again well until it turns thick. Serve immediately.
