Quinoa Khichdi

Ingredients to make Quinoa Khichdi

  • Quinoa 1/4 cup
  • Roasted peanuts 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli 1
  • oil 1 tsp
  • curry leaves 3-4
  • cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tsp /to taste

How to make Quinoa Khichdi

  1. heat a saucepan add oil add mustard seeds & cumin seeds
  2. once seeds crackle add Curry leaves & green chilli sauteed.
  3. Add quinoa & salt stir properly add water give a boil.
  4. Cover & reduce flame to low & cook till become fluffy.turn off heat .
  5. Let it cover & keep it aside for 5 min.add lime juice. Serve & enjoy !!!

Please add punctuations to the steps and ingredients. It's quite hard to understand without them.
