Arugula, Strawberry and Walnut salad
Some of the days, you don't feel like eating any heavy and just wanted to eat salad. I had those kind of days very often, So i just put together my favorite salad ingredients, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper and done. This is like that too. Simple ingredients but when you take a bite, it burst with flavor. I didn't add any dressing on it because I don't like heavy dressing too. But you can have it with your favorite dressing and this can be your lunch or light dinner with soup or sandwich.

- 4 cups of Arugula
- Few strawberries
- Few Walnuts
- Few cherry tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- As per your choice Extra virgin olive oil or your favorite dressing
- 1 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- First put arugula on bottom, then put strawberries, walnuts, cherry tomatoes on top.
- Add salt and pepper, olive oil and vinegar and enjoy with crusty bread or soup.
