About Chinese Fried Rice Recipe

Chinese Fried Rice is a dish of steamed rice stir fried in a wok mixed with chopped vegetables like carrots,french beans,bell peppers,spring onions etc. and also mushroom ,chicken,shrimp,egg and pork can be used. Choices of vegetables and nonveg item totally upto you.

Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients to make Chinese Fried Rice

  • Cooked basmati rice-3 cups
  • carrot-1 chopped
  • French beans-1/2cup (finelychopped)
  • Green bell pepper-1/4cup chopped
  • spring onions( white part) chopped-1/2cup
  • Springonions(greenpart) chopped -1/2cup
  • onion-1/4cup(chopped)
  • Soya sauce- 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper powder -1 teaspoon
  • oil-1/4 cup
  • Ajinamoto -1/4 teaspoon(optional)
  • salt totaste
  • Chopped garlic-1 tablespoon

How to make Chinese Fried Rice

  1. Heat oil in a wok.
  2. Add chopped garlic.
  3. Add all chopped vegetables except spring onions green part.
  4. Fry on high flame, stir continously
  5. Add soya sauce, mix it with all vegetables properly.
  6. Add cooked rice, mix and fry continously on high flame.
  7. Add salt, black pepper and ajinamoto, mix and stir, cook for 2 minutes,
  8. Turn off the gas.
  9. Add chopped spring onions and serve.

My Tip:

Chinese dishes always need to be cooked on high flame.
