Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Thick milk - 1 glass
  2. Hang curd - 1/4 glass
  3. Sugar - 2 tbsp
  4. Saffron /kesar - few strands
  5. Crushed almonds - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak kesar/saffron in one tbsp cold milk.
  2. Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel
  3. Once boiled keep it in a low flame.
  4. Once the milk reduced to half.
  5. Now we got thick milk.
  6. Add saffron / kesar and sugar to the thick milk and mix well.
  7. Take a blender and add thick milk,hang curd and crushed ice and blend it.
  8. Now take a glass and pour the mixture and add ice cubes.
  9. Garnish with saffron / kesar and crushed almonds.
  10. Enjoy cool cool
