Ingredients to make China grass with jelly topping

  • 1/2 litre goodlife milk
  • 1/2 tin condensed milk
  • 4tblsp milk powder
  • 25grms china grass
  • One pack raspberry jelly powder
  • Water 1 and half cup
  • Fresh cream 1cup
  • Vanilla essense

How to make China grass with jelly topping

  1. First make jelly- mix 3/4 th cup boiling water and 3/4 th cup cold water.
  2. For making China grass take China grass and boil in milk then add condensed milk, fresh cream, sugar. Cook for 10 mins.
  3. Then make one layer of jelly and one layer of China grass in a mould make 3 layers.
  4. Refrigerate it for 45 mins than demould it.
  5. Now it's ready to serve
My Tip: place the mould in warm water for 10mins so that it can be demoulded easily.
