ABOUT My Masala Tea RECIPE

This tea is very effective in sore throat especially in winters.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Water - 1/2 cup
  2. Tea leaves - 1 tsp
  3. Sugar - 1 tsp
  4. Milk - 1/2 cup
  5. Bay leaf- 1
  6. Black Pepper powder - a pinch
  7. Cloves - 2
  8. Ginger- 1 tsp (peeled, washed and grated)

Instructions

  1. In a pan , take water, bring it to a boli.
  2. Then add bayleaf, grated ginger, clove, black pepper powder, sugar
  3. Let it simmer for 2 mins.
  4. Then add milk to it.
  5. Again simmer for 2 mins.
  6. Then strain it and serve.
  7. Masala tea is ready.
