ABOUT Nutrela kheema Pulao RECIPE

This is very Aromatic and Simple spicy pulao is a healthy and full meal. Here as this is a cocktail pulao with kheema nutrela, potatoes, peas, carrots, onion and tomatoes with allspice cocktail too, Star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves & cloves. Trust me you will never miss maming this once you have tried it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 325 grams Dubar Basmati Rice
  2. 1 big cup green peas
  3. 1 big cup kheema Nutrela
  4. 1 big onion cut long
  5. 1 tomato into quarters
  6. 1tblspn ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 small cup chopped carrots
  8. 2 star anise
  9. 3-4 cloves
  10. 2 sticks cinnamon
  11. 2 - 3 bay leaves
  12. Salt 2 1/2 spoon or to taste
  13. 1 tblspn Red chilli powder
  14. 1 tblspn dhaniya zeera powder
  15. 1 tspn garam masala powder
  16. 2 big spoon full oil

Instructions

  1. Arrange all ingredients
  2. Soak the Nutrela granules in hot water with some salt,after 5 minutes strain out
  3. Now heat 2 fullspoon oil and add the whole spices
  4. Now add potato pieces to fry
  5. Add onions now
  6. Saute fry till potatoes are half done and golden fry and add the peas carrots and Nutrela granules
  7. Add tomatoes and spices
  8. Mix well now add washed rice and exact double measure of water
  9. Cover cook in pressure for 10 minutes and open only when pressure settles fully
  10. Open check if graind done well and not sticky
  11. Remove in rice tray and serve with boondi raita or curds
