Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 500 gm
  2. Powdered sugar 2 tbsp
  3. Milk powder 100 gm
  4. Butter 2tbsp
  5. saffron strands 15-20
  6. chopped almond
  7. edible silver verk (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Firstly melt butter in a pan
  2. add milk
  3. stir and cook until butter mixes well
  4. Now add milk powder and powderd sugar in the mixture and stir constantly
  5. Cook on low flame util it mix well
  6. Mash the khoya until all lumps get dissolved
  7. Khoya has turned smooth and thick
  8. now khoya is ready
  9. Now add saffronin 2 spoon milk
  10. divide khoya into 2 parts
  11. in 1 st part add saffron milk and 2 and will remain same
  12. cool the both part
  13. now make a roll of both part side by side
  14. now put yellow roll over white roll
  15. now turn it with plastic to make roll
  16. cut it with help of knife
  17. Decorate it with sliver verk ,almond, nd kesar
