Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 kg full cream milk
  2. 1 green chilly finely chopped
  3. 1 tea spoon or so coriander leaves finely chopped
  4. 1/4 tea spoon salt, cumin seed, red chilly powder
  5. 1 tea spoon six peppers (i took from six peppers medley)
  6. Vinegar or lemon juice as required

Instructions

  1. Boil milk to its boiling point.
  2. Get ready these ingredients. You can add or skip any of these ingredients, as per ones choice
  3. Add these to milk
  4. Now add vinegar or lemon juice, switch off the gas and let the milk curdle at its own
  5. Now take a muslin cloth, put entire liquid in it and separate the whey from it. Gather all the sides of the cloth and put some heavy weight on it. After half an hour masala paneer is ready.
  6. Cut pieces in desired shape and enjoy masala paneer. You can sprinkle black pepper powder to enhance its taste, though you can skip this easily
  7. Served with black pepper powder
