Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Full fat milk- 2 ltr.
  2. Lemon juice- 2teaspoon +1 teaspoon water
  3. Clarified butter- 1 teaspoon
  4. Cardamom powder- 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Sugar-150 gm
  6. For icing
  7. Whip cream- 1 cup
  8. Colourful sprinkle- 2 teaspoon
  9. Choco chips-2teaspoon
  10. Venilla essence- 1/2teaspoon
  11. Powder sugar-2teaspoon

Instructions

  1. KEEP MILK FOR BOILING IN HEAVY BOTTOM PAN.
  2. ADD 1/4TEASPOON CARDAMOM POWDER.
  3. ONCE MILK START TO BOIL REDUCE THE FLAM
  4. KEEP STIRRING ON LOW FLAM TILL MILK REDUCE TO 1/4 OF ITS ORIGINAL QUANTITY
  5. 2TEASPOON LIME JUICE
  6. ADD 1 TEASPOON OF WATER AND MIX WELL
  7. ADD LIME JUICE INTO THE MILK
  8. MILK STARTS CURDLING
  9. KEEP STIRRING
  10. NOW ADD 150 GM SUGAR
  11. ADD 1TEASPOON OF CLARIFIED BUTTER AND KEEP STIRRING TILL THE MIXER BECOMES GOLDEN BROWN IN COLOUR
  12. LINE A TIN WITH FOIL PAPPER
  13. TRANSFER THE MIXTURE IN TIN
  14. SPREAD EVENLY AND LET THE MIXTURE SET FOR 3 TO 4 HOURS
  15. PUT THE UNBEATEN WHIPPED CREAM IN A BOWL
  16. BEAT WITH BEATER UNTILL THE CREAM REACHES STIFF PEAKS
  17. PERFECT
  18. ADD 1/2TEASPOON OF VANILLA ESSENCE AND 2 TEASPOON POWDER SUGAR
  19. DEMOULD THE MILK CAKE
  20. SPREAD THE ICING ON THE CAKE
  21. DECORATE WITH COLOURFUL ICING
  22. DECORATE WITH COLOURFUL SPRINKLE
  23. DECORATE WITH CHOCO CHIPS
