Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 grams Ratalu(kand)
  2. 2 cup cheakpea flour
  3. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoon haldi powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoon hing
  8. 1 tablespoon Black paper powder
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Remove the skin of Ratalu
  2. Cut it into thin slices
  3. In a mixing bowl add cheakpea flour
  4. Add salt,red chilly powder,haldi powder,coriander powder
  5. Add 1 cup water
  6. Make semi thick batter
  7. Now deep the ratalu slice in cheakpea better and coat it both sides
  8. Now sprinkle black paper powder both sides
  9. Heat the oil in pan add ratalu slices and fry till crispy
