Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  3. Oil 4 tablespoons
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Water as required
  6. Garam masala 3 tablespoons
  7. Black salt 1/4 tablespoon
  8. Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
  9. Dry mangoes powder 1/4 tablespoon
  10. Salt 1/4 tablespoon
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take maida, wheat flour, salt and oil. Mix well.
  2. Keep it aside.
  3. Start to knead. Add some water and knead bit harder than Paratha dough.
  4. Rest dough for 15 to 20 min.
  5. After that make small balls.
  6. Take one ball of the dough and roll into a puri. Fold the rolled puri sideways. And then again fold it in triangular shape. Prick with the fork.
  7. Now prepare rest all dough puris in similar pattern.
  8. Heat oil in a pan and start to fry puris on medium flame till they become crisp and golden brown.
  9. Side by Take small bowl mix garam masala, black salt, salt dry mangoes powder and coriander powder.
  10. Once puri fried, sprinkle this all over the puri.
  11. When masala puris are cooked, store in an airtight jar.
