Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk,boiled 1 cup
  2. Milk powder 2 cup
  3. Makhana 15 to 20
  4. Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  5. Rose petal 1 tbsp
  6. Sugar 1tbsp or to taste
  7. Ghee 1 tbsp
  8. Sliced almonds 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat the 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast the milk powder on sim .
  2. Now add 1 tbsp ghee and roast the makhan till golden and crush with your soft and beautiful palms .
  3. Now add cardamom powder,makhana ,almonds and rose petal ,cook on medium heat.
  4. After thickened the rabdi add sugar and cook 5 minute more ,
  5. Garnish with rose petal and serve chilled ..

That means after crushing the Makhana, v have to cook crushed makhanas in boiled milk and roasted milk powder??? And then add rest of d things??
