Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken pieces - 500 gms
  2. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  3. Green chilly paste - 1 tbsp
  4. Coriander leaves paste - 1 tbsp
  5. Sliced onion - 2 onion
  6. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  7. Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
  8. Cloves - 4 - 5
  9. Whole black pepper - 4 - 5
  10. Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
  11. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  12. Vinegar - 1 tsp
  13. Salt - to taste
  14. Oil - 2 tbsp
  15. Butter - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the cinnamon stick,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,whole black pepper and cloves.
  2. Once cooled,blend to make a powder.
  3. Marinate chicken with dry roast spices,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,green chilly paste,coriander leaves pate,salt and vinegar.
  4. Keep aside for an hour.
  5. Heat butter and oil in a pan.
  6. Add sliced onion and saute till pink
  7. Add marinated chicken and stir fry till oil leaves the pan.
  8. Add half cup of water and cover it.
  9. Cook in a simmer for 7 - 8 mins.
  10. Serve hot with naan or chapatis.
