ABOUT Pasta Chat RECIPE

Pasta chat is a simple easy and one of the most easiest dish. You can make this fusion recipe for your kitty party or tea party. Serve this pasta with masala chai and with pakodas.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl boiled pasta
  2. 1/2 cup chopped onion and tomato
  3. 2 tbsp coriander and mint chutney
  4. 1 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
  5. 1 tsp butter
  6. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  7. 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  8. Salt and oil as required

Instructions

  1. ADD SALT AND OIL IN BOILING WATER. ADD 1 BOWL OF PASTA.
  2. BOIL FOR 10 MINUTES.
  3. TURN OFF THE FLAME AND STRAIN THE PASTA.
  4. ADD COLD WATER AND WASH THE PASTA.
  5. ADD 1 TSP BUTTER AND LET MELT.
  6. ADD BOILED PASTA.
  7. ADD 1/2 TSP CHAT MASALA AND SALT. SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE.
  8. TURN OFF THE FLAME AND REMOVE PASTA INTO A SERVING PLATE.
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP OF CHOPPED ONION AND CHOPPED TOMATO.
  10. SPRINKLE CHAT MASALA.
  11. ADD 2 TBSP OF CORIANDER AND MINT CHUTNEY.
  12. ADD 1 TBSP OF DATES CHUTNEY.
  13. ADD 1/4 TSP LEMON JUICE AND 5 TBSP SEV. MIX WELL.
  14. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
