ABOUT FENUGREEK LADOOS RECIPE

Fenugreek or Methra is very useful specially in winters. My mom used to make these ladoos in winters. It is very good for digestion.It is also good for diabetes. Healthy and yummy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fenugreek 1 katori
  2. whole wheat Atta 1 katori
  3. Besan 1/2 katori
  4. jaggery 1/2 katori
  5. sugar powder 2 tablespoon
  6. Almonds crushed 1/2 katori
  7. Ghee 2 tablespoon
  8. coconut 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. First soak the fenugreek seeds for 6 hours
  2. wash the Fenugreek seeds and drain water completely
  3. Take a non stick wok and put ghee , Atta and besan
  4. Cook it in low flame for 10-15 minutes
  5. Now add Fenugreek and cook for 10 minutes in low flame
  6. Add 1 tsp coconut powder and mix it well
  7. Crush jaggery and add in the mixture
  8. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add sugar powder and Almonds ( crushed)
  9. Mix well and switch off the gas and put it in plate
  10. prepare ladoos by hand instant otherwise it will not make in proper shape
  11. Garnish with Almonds. let it cool and eat one ladoo after lunch and dinner for good digestion
