Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Guavas middle sized 3
  2. Saffron threads 8-10
  3. Grated ginger 1 tbsp
  4. Black Pepper 8-10
  5. Cloves 2
  6. Basil leaves 5
  7. Tulsi leaves 5
  8. Green tea leaves 2 tsps
  9. Lemon grass leaf 2 inches

Instructions

  1. ROAST 3 GUAVAS ON DIRECT FLAME
  2. ROAST TILL THEY TURN TENDER
  3. SCRAPE OUT THE ROASTED PULP
  4. CRUSH 2 CLOVES, 8-10 PEPPERCORNS
  5. BOIL 4 CUPS OF WATER, CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER, 5 EACH OF BASIL & TULSI LEAVES WITH GUAVA PULP
  6. ADD 1 TBSP GRATED GINGER, 2 INCH LEMONGRASS
  7. ADD 8-10 SAFFRON STRANDS
  8. BOIL FOR 3-4 MINS ON LOW HEAT
  9. ADD 2 TSP GREEN TEA LEAVES
  10. COVER, TAKE OFF HEAT & BREW FOR 2 MINS
  11. STRAIN IN A SEPERATE PAN
