Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ingredients for dal mix
  2. 1 cup soak chana dal
  3. 9 piece whole garlic
  4. 1 inch ginger
  5. 6 piece green chilies
  6. 3 tbsp fresh coriander
  7. 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  8. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  9. 1/4 tsp crush dry coriander
  10. 1/4 tsp crush cumin
  11. Pinch of hing
  12. 1/2 Chat masala
  13. 1/2 tsp black salt
  14. 1 tsp oil
  15. Salt as required
  16. Ingredients for dough
  17. 1 cup Rice flour
  18. Salt as required
  19. Warm water as required
  20. Ingredients For Tadka
  21. 2 tsp oil
  22. 2 dry red chilli
  23. 4 curry leaves
  24. 1/2 Lemon juice
  25. Ingredients for sprinkle masala
  26. 1 tsp crush dry coriander
  27. 1/2 tsp crush black pepper
  28. 1/2 tsp crush fennel seeds

Instructions

  1. In fast soak chana dal for five hours
  2. In a mixture grinder add all dal ingredients and crunch it
  3. In bowl add dough ingredients and prepare soft dough
  4. Make medium thick puri and add dal mix one side of the puri and cover with the other side looks some shall and some masala sprinkle
  5. And fara steam about 20 minutes
  6. Heat oil in a pan add dry red chilies and add curry leaves after few minutes flame off . after 5 minutes add lemon juice
  7. In plat arrange fara put curry leaves mix and last masala sprinkle
