Traditional recipe with goodness of ginger, almond, jaggery and ghee.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ginger powder 1/4 cup
  2. Almond powder 1/4 cup
  3. Jaggery 1/4 cup
  4. Ghee 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Collect all ingredients in a plate. Cut the Jaggery with knife
  2. Mix ginger powder, almond powder, and Jaggery and add ghee with spoon and make soft dough with your hand.
  3. Now make small balls (a marble sized) from the dough.
  4. Ginger Powder Balls are ready to serve. Take a small ball with a glass of milk will give you energy for all day. This powder balls are good in winter.
