Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4 eggs hard boiled
  2. Potato boiled and mashed 1 cup
  3. Gram flour 1 cup
  4. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  5. Onion finely chopped 2 table spoon
  6. Garlic finely chopped 1 tsp
  7. Ginger grated 1 tea spoon
  8. Green chili chopped 1 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  11. Cardamom powder half tsp
  12. Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
  13. Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
  14. Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
  15. Roasted coriander powder 1 tsp
  16. Chopped coriander handful
  17. Oil for deep frying and sauting

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add garlic.
  3. When fragrant add ginger and chopped onion.
  4. Add boiled and mashed potatoes.
  5. Add other masala in the potato.
  6. Mix well.
  7. And handful of chopped coriander.
  8. Cut the eggs in 2 parts.
  9. Take each part and cover completely with potato mix.
  10. Make a batter with gram flour, salt and water.
  11. Batter should not be very flowy.
  12. Heat oil in a kadai.
  13. Take one potato coated egg.
  14. Dip in batter.
  15. Roll in bread crumbs.
  16. Deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
  17. Serve hot with salad and mustard sauce.
