Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated karela with peels.. 1/2 cup
  2. Grated carrots... 3/4 cup
  3. Grated paneer... 1/4 cup
  4. Boiled and mashed peas... 3/4 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black pepper to taste
  7. Chopped coriander leaves.. 2 tea spoon
  8. Bread crumbs... 1/4 cup
  9. Green chillies paste... 2 tea spoon or to taste
  10. Mango powder... 1 tea spoon
  11. Oil... As required

Instructions

  1. Mix salt in grated bitter Gourd (karela) and keep aside for five minutes. Now squeeze the extra water from it.
  2. Karela should be grated with its peel
  3. Mix everything except oil. I used coarsely mashed peas, one can mash it nicely
  4. Make tikkis out of the material. Heat a non stick pan or tawa and cook the tikkis till brown from both sides
  5. Serve as desired
