Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Noodles 200gm
  2. Veggies (onion 2,capsicum 1,cabbage 1 cup)
  3. Butter 2tbsp
  4. Bread (Brown or white)
  5. oil 2 tbsp
  6. Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
  7. Salt 1 tbsp
  8. Black Pepper powder 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. BOIL 200 GMS NOODLES IN 3 CUPS BOILING WATER.
  2. AFTER 2 MIN, ADD 1 TBSP OIL. COOK FOR 6 MINUTES. STRAIN.
  3. ADD 2 TBSP OIL & 2 CHOPPED ONIONS.
  4. ADD 1 SLICED CAPSICUM & 1 CUP SHREDDED CABBAGE. SAUTE.
  5. ADD 1 TBSP SALT.
  6. ADD 1 TBSP SCHEZWAN SAUCE. MIX.
  7. ADD 1/2 TBSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER. ADD NOODLES.
  8. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC & 1 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER. MIX WELL.
  9. ADD 1 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE. MIX.
  10. PUT NOODLES MIXTURE ON A BREAD SLICE. ADD A PINCH OF CHAAT MASALA & SPRINKLE BLACK PEPPER POWDER.
  11. GRILL THE SANDWICH FOR 4 MINUTES.
  12. AFTER 4 MINUTES, CHECK IF DONE. SLICE DIAGONALLY & SERVE.
