Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. cabbage shredded - 2 cups
  2. Onion chopped - 1/4 cup
  3. Hung curd - 3/4 cup
  4. Pepper powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  5. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Lemon - 1/2
  8. Green Chilli - 1 or 2 finely chopped
  9. Sugar - 1 tsp (optional)
  10. Bread slices - 8

Instructions

  1. Add the shredded cabbage, chopped onion and green chilli to the hung curd
  2. Add spices, salt, sugar and lemon.
  3. Give a nice mix
  4. Take a bread slice, trim the sides. Spread generous amount of coleslaw. Cover with another slice
  5. Cut diagonally and serve.
